Northern Michigan Road Commissioners Association Endowed Scholarship

Full-time student with a minimum of sophomore academic status enrolled in one of the following programs: civil engineering technology, construction management, surveying engineering, heavy equipment technology and accounting. The scholarship shall rotate equally between departments. Preference shall be given to children of active Northern Michigan Association of Road Commissions members; if none, preference shall be given to eligible students residing in all counties north of and including: Oceana, Newaygo, Montcalm, Isabella, Midland and Arenac to the Straits of Mackinaw; if none, preference shall be given to students residing in the state of Michigan. Recipient shall have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Preference shall be given to eligible students who demonstrate financial need determined by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid.
