Andrew V. Jeffrey Endowed Criminal Justice Scholarship

The Andrew V. Jeffrey Criminal Justice Scholarship was established to support students pursuing an
undergraduate degree in the College of Business at Ferris State University.

• Applicants will be an undergraduate student enrolled in the Criminal Justice program in the
College of Business at Ferris State University.

• Applicants will have achieved junior class standing or higher, as determined by total credit
hours earned, prior to the semester in which they receive the award.

• Applicants will demonstrate a minimum grade point average of 3.50 in the core classes of the
Criminal Justice program at the time of application.

• Preference will be given to applicants that demonstrate financial need as determined by the
Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid. Consideration for need-based awards requires the
completion of a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

• Recipients that continue to meet the required criteria may reapply to receive the award in
subsequent years.
