Amerikam, Inc. Endowed Scholarship

This endowed scholarship was established by the Amerikam, Inc., a company founded in 1934 to design, develop and manufacture valve, industrial fittings, precision machined components and assembled products, to support students enrolled in an approved major in the Manufacturing Department at Ferris State University.

• Applicants will be an undergraduate student enrolled in an approved major within the Manufacturing Department at Ferris State University.

• Applicants will demonstrate leadership abilities and an understanding of the roles of innovation, productivity, flexibility and continuous improvement as key success indicators in the constantly evolving world of manufacturing.

• Applicants will be enrolled full-time during the semester or aid year in which they receive the award. Students in their final semester of study may are eligible to receive the award with an enrollment status of half-time or greater.

• Though the award is not automatically renewed, recipients may reapply annually if they continue to meet required application criteria.
